ITZY just achieved impressive success on the Billboard 200!
On December 20th local time, Billboard revealed that after a strong debut at No. 25 last week, ITZY’s latest mini-album “CHESHIRE” has successfully remained on the Top 200 album chart for the second week in a row. For the week ending December 24, “CHESHIRE” ranked #170.
ITZY is now only the third K-pop girl group in history—following TWICE and BLACKPINK—to have three different albums on the Billboard 200 for more than one week. The group spent two weeks on the chart with their 2021 album ‘CRAZY. IN LOVE‘ last year, while their previous mini album ‘CHECKMATE’ spent three weeks on the chart this summer.
“CHESHIRE” also held high on several other Billboard charts this week: the mini album landed at No. 3 on the World Albums chart, No. 10 on the Top Current Album Sales chart, and No. 17 on the Top Album Sales chart.
