The upcoming Disney+ original series “Call It Love” has revealed its main poster and trailer!
“Call It Love” portrays a sentimental romantic story of two people who were never meant to meet. Lee Sung Kyung plays Shim Woo Joo, a woman who bravely takes revenge, which doesn’t quite fit her innate personality, while Kim Young Kwang portrays Han Dong Jin, a man who is too poor to be the target of her revenge. The drama also stars Sung Joon, Hani, and Kim Ye Won.
The main poster features Han Dong Jin and Shim Woo Joo looking at each other with tears in their eyes. Despite the romantic vibe, the lyrics, which read, “What I want is your unhappiness,” make viewers curious about the relationship between the two, which begins with revenge.
The main trailer, which was released alongside the poster, opens with Shim Woo Joo saying mean words to Han Dong Jin’s mother, who is trying hard to suppress her emotions. Shim Woo Joo says, “You look very good. As a person who has forgotten the past and lives a lazy life with his feet up,” he arouses the audience’s curiosity as to what story lies behind them.
The clip also shows Shim Woo Joo seeking revenge after being kicked out of her home of 20 years. But she begins to feel tender emotions for Dong Jin, whom she purposely gets closer to for revenge.
In addition, Woo Joo’s best friend Yoon Joon (Sung Joon), Dong Jin’s ex-girlfriend Min Young (Hani) who left him with an invitation to her own wedding, as well as Woo Joo’s older sister Hye Sung (Kim Ye Won) who is about her feelings more honest than anyone, adding to the anticipation and excitement of their unpredictable love story.
