The third trailer for “Missing: The Other Side 2” has been released!
Missing: The Other Side is a mystery fantasy drama about a village inhabited by the souls of people who went missing while they were alive. After two years, the series returns for a second season with Go Soo, Heo Joon Ho, Ahn So Hee and others reprising their roles.
The new trailer once again features the iconic soul-searching duo of con artist Kim Wook (Go Soo) and Jang Pan Seok (Heo Joon Ho), a man grieving the loss of his missing daughter. The trailer starts with the pair just going through their pretty boring days. They head to the local bank to ask about getting loans because they have fallen on hard times financially. “You can’t go on living and doing a job that doesn’t pay,” says one of them, to which the other replies, “We’ll see. From now on, I will only look at what is really important,” predicting a big change that will come to their lives.
A student who confesses that her mother has disappeared is the catalyst for the return of the “soul-searching duo”. They come back by faith, do what they do best, and get right back in the thick of things. The rest of the trailer is filled with action shots of the two being chased by mysterious people and even trying to steal some luxury goods. While their work can be serious at times, the duo is sure to bring back plenty of comedy that audiences love.
The tension builds when Kim Wook mentions the search for Jang Pan Seok Hyun Ji’s missing daughter, saying that they just need to find some of Hyun Ji’s friends to start looking for her. Needless to say, Jang Pan Seok is eager to get out, grabbing Kim Wook’s arm as he eats and urging him to start moving. In just 30 seconds, there’s so much action and many more mysteries being teased for the new season to keep fans excited.
