Upcoming drama “The Glory” has announced a release date!

“The Glory” will tell the story of a former victim of brutal school violence who takes revenge on her bullies after becoming a teacher at her bullied child’s elementary school. The drama will be written by Kim Eun Sook, the author of hit dramas such as “Goblin,” “Descendants of the Sun,” “Heirs,” and “Secret Garden,” and will be directed by “Happiness” director Ahn Gil Ho. “, “The Forest of Secrets” (“The Stranger”), “Memories of the Alhambra” and “The Record of Youth“.

Song Hye Kyo, who previously worked with Kim Eun Sook on “Descendants of the Sun,” will star as the vengeful female lead Moon Dong Eun, while Lee Do Hyun will play the male lead Joo Yeo Jung.

In the newly released trailer and posters for the drama, Song Hye Kyo sits alone under an embroidered tree littered with shoes and ominously declares, “There will be no forgiveness. Although in the end it won’t be any glory either.”
