
Song Hye Kyo’s upcoming series ‘The Glory‘ has released a new poster and trailer!
“The Glory” will tell the story of a former victim of brutal school violence who takes revenge on her bullies after becoming a teacher at her bullied child’s elementary school. The drama will be written by Kim Eun Sook, the author of hit dramas such as “Goblin,” “Descendants of the Sun,” “Heirs,” and “Secret Garden,” and will be directed by “Happiness” director Ahn Gil Ho. “, “The Forest of Secrets” (“The Stranger”), “Memories of the Alhambra” and “The Record of Youth”.
Song Hye Kyo, who previously worked with Kim Eun Sook on “Descendants of the Sun,” will star as the vengeful female lead Moon Dong Eun, while Lee Do Hyun will play the male lead Joo Yeo Jung.
In the poster below, Moon Dong Eun is staring somewhere in front of a bare tree with a devilish morning glory in hand. The bizarre harmony between Moon Dong Eun’s divine appearance and the cruel lyrics that read, “Let’s slowly wither and die together,” attracts the attention of the audience. The anger that is deeply rooted in Dong Eun’s heart is shown through the teaser that was released along with the poster.

The intense teaser begins with Moon Dong Eun narrating, “Some hatred is like desire. There’s no getting rid of it.” As Moon Dong Eun begins to pursue her revenge, Joo Yeo Jung advises Moon Dong Eun by saying, “You have to shut down slow and furious.” The audience is curious to see how Moon Dong Eun’s revenge will end.
